The McCamish Parkinson’s Disease Innovation Program at Georgia Tech was formed through a generous gift from the McCamish Foundation to drive research, innovation, and community building across Georgia Tech, Emory University, the University of Georgia, and the state of Georgia. The McCamish Program is a community of scientists, engineers and technologists, clinicians, industry partners, community leaders, and patients and families, who collectively seek to understand, treat, and ultimately cure Parkinson’s disease and other neurological disorders. It is our goal to make Parkinson’s a case of “remember when”, as in remember when people had something called Parkinson’s disease?
